拟建建筑物概况(层数、高度、结构、拟用基础型式、荷载等)拟建建筑物层数:办公楼这二层;磨机系统、MCC房、控制室为四层;其余的均为一层。办公楼、变电站、备品配件仓库和维修车间为砖混结构,其余为钢结构。
勘察目的:1、查明建筑场地各岩土层的成因、时代、地层结构和均匀性、特殊性岩土的性质,以及各岩土层的物理力学性质。2、查明地下水类型、埋藏条件、腐蚀性、初见、稳定水位及其变幅;3、对地基岩土层的工程特性和地基的稳定性进行分析评价,提出各岩土层的地基承载力特征值;论证采用天然地基基础形式的可行性,对持力层选择、基础埋深等提出建议。4、对场地和地基的地震效应作出评价。5、对不良地质作用的防治提出意见,并提供所需计算参数。
预计土层分布及可能存在的不良地质现象。1、红粘土2、灰岩可能存在的不良地质现象主要有:软塑状红粘土、土洞、溶洞(槽)等。
邻近场地建筑物及基础情况调查: 据调查邻近场地建筑物采用的基础情况为:独立柱基、人工挖孔桩、CFG桩等。
勘探孔布置依据:根据甲方提供的拟建建筑物总平图及建筑物特点,勘探点沿建筑物周边及角点布置,部份按网格布置。
控制孔及一般孔的孔深及终孔原则:一般孔孔深进入基底6米或至基岩面;技术孔孔深进入基底10米或至基岩面;实际施工时视具体情况增减。
勘探孔平面布置图:(见附图)共布孔119个,其中一般孔70个、技术孔49个。
勘探过程中可能出现的问题及措施: 勘探过程中可能会出现土洞,应适当加密钻孔,查明其范围及规模。
地基主要受力层原状土样数或原位测试段次不宜小于6。

General situation of the proposed building (Story No.、Height、Structure、Foundation Type Intended to use、Load etc.)Story No. of the proposed building:2-story Office Building;4-story Grinder System、MCC Room and Control Room;The rest are all 1-story. Office Building、Substation, Spare parts warehouse & Maintenance Workshop are brick-concrete structure,the rest are steel structure。
Investigation Purpose:1、To ascertain the formation cause, age, stratum structure, uniformity, special rock properties, and mechanical properties of rock soil layer. 2、To examine underground water type, embedment features, corrosion, initial and stable water level and its amplitude. 3、Analyze and evaluate engineering feature of foundation rock and soil strata and foundation stability, provide foundation bearing capacity characteristics value of various geotechnical layers; demonstrate the feasibility to adopt the natural base foundations, provide suggestion for selection of bearing stratum, Depth of Foundation.4、To evaluate earthquake effect of the site and foundation.5、Provide suggestion for adverse geologic actions prevention and provide calculation parameters needed.
Expected strata distribution and Possible bad geological phenomenon1、Red Clay2、LimestonePossible unfavorable geological condition mainly are: soft plastic red clay, soil cave, karst cave etc.
Investigation of Adjacent Site Building & Foundation:Independent foundation, artificial hole-digging pile, CFG pile etc.
Exploratory Hole Arrangement BasisAccording to building general layout plan and building characteristics provided by Party A, The holes are arranged at the corners and edge lines of buildings, part arranged according to grid.
Control hole and general hole depth and end hole principle:General hole depth enter into basement 6M or to bedrock surface; Technical hole depth enter into basement 10M or to bedrock surface; Construction shall be adjusted according to specific condition.
Plane Layout of the Exploratory Hole(See attached drawing), a total of 119 holes being arranged, among them 70 general holes and 49 technical holes.
:Possible problems in exploration process and measures:Possible occurrence of soil cave in exploration, should suitably infill holes, find out its scope and scale.
Undisturbed soil sample of main loaded layer of the foundation and in-situ section No. should not be less than 6.
