Design of geotechnical engineering problems that involve 3UEh%Ho
dynamic loading of soils and soil–structure interaction "Y6f.rB
systems requires the determination of two important V_:/#G]jeG
parameters, the shear modulus and the damping &F)lvtt|
of the soils. The recent developments in the numerical L=>N#QR7
analyses for the nonlinear dynamic responses of grounds :v+39
due to strong earthquake motions have increased the o_S8fHqjt

of ground failure during earthquakes is the liquefaction !^%b|=[
phenomenon which has produced severe damage all :D EZ$gi

determining the dynamic properties as well as potential zc_3\N
for liquefaction of soils. Parameters affecting the dynamic 8V@3T/}

A simple procedure of obtaining the dynamic properties Xg"=,j2
