Page 6 - Chin 2004 not listed in references
Page 25 - hawlader et al 2002 not cited in manuscript
References must be listed in alphabetical order. See "Instructions to Authors" for examples.
The files should match exactly the latest version of the manuscript. Do not make any changes other than those specified above. The publisher requires that the files are sent in a workable format, such as WORD (*.doc) or WordPerfect (*.wpd). There should be separate files for the text, tables, and figures.
