many specialists are discussing the pile properties, such as the concrete strength, bending moment, bearing capacity etc. G.N`

They are the same important.

the design of pile is on the base the safety of the soil, that is ,the soil is not failued

The base of the design of pile fundation is the bearing capacity  and the settlement. The bearing capacity of pile depends on the soil's support, and the trength of pile's structure. The settlement of pile foundation also depends on the strata under the foundation, and  s/d (piles distance over diameter ).
