may use the standards of road/railway. there is a HA, HB load arrangement on road.
There are two ways. one is to convert to udl, based on the rule of conversion of point load to area load, if the truck is standing on hard road surface.
another way is to use the axle point loads. superposing the point load of truck. the vertical stress on the layer which needs to be considered will be obtained from Bousinesq theory and its relavent theories(refer to soil mechanics).
simply, assuming 3 axles/track. 3.3t/axle. 1.7t/wheel. assuming the wheel spacing 2.5m, axle spacing 1.8m. try with this assumption.
