请问砂石垫层承载力能达到多少？我做结构设计，30层住宅楼，筏板基础下是泥卵，承载力只有180kPa,其下是卵石层，如挖除泥卵，采用砂石垫层，用重碾路机碾压，承载力能达到500kPa吗？
