3. 熟悉常用的岩土工程软件，比如Slope/w, Flac, Plaxis
4. 有比较良好的英语和交流能力，年龄45周岁以下（因为涉及签证的问题），公司可以代办签证。
雅斯成绩需过5.0, 如果你的英语水平较好，能够达到每项6.0，不需要公司英语能力职业的担保，公司会优先考虑。
待遇根据工作经验，提供大约5万澳元的起薪，对于经验丰富的高素质人才(senior/associate/principle 级别)，可以提供100k+澳元的年薪，2万澳元的安家费并解决子女（18周岁以下）的入学费用（一澳元相当于六点几RMB）。

More specifically :
Geotechnical Engineer with 3 to 8+ years of experience involved in design, ground investigations, soft soil treatment and analysis
Furthermore must have experience with design software such as slope w, Plaxis, Flac or similar
Must have good communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stake holders
